TECHNICAL SESSIONS (Session Type: Oral)

Check the presentation material

• If you have your PC, connect it to the projector and check your presentation material projects fine.
• If the presentation material looks narrow or short, change your PC’s display resolution to 1024x768 or 800x600.
• If you want to check the above in your spare time, visit the secretariat room (room G), where the same projector used in the session room is equipped.
• If you don’t have PC, ask the secretariat to use the spare PC. Please understand that the spare PC is not always available.

Notification of attendance

• Meet the session chair and notice of your attendance and clarify the pronunciation of your name.
• Mart your name on the session program sheet which is at the session room door.
  

During the session

• Use a mike and a laser pointer.
• Each oral presentation has 20 minutes, 15 minutes for the presentation and the rest for the discussion.
• The first bell ring 10 minutes after the start, the second bell ring 15 minutes after the start. If you hear the second bell, summarize your presentation rapidly.

INTERACTIVE SESSIONS (Session Type: Poster)

Interactive sessions will be held in the Room D, 1st floor of the conference venue, from 13:20 to 15:00 on August 11th.

The size of the poster board is 90 cm (width)×210 cm (height)－SIZE-A0.
Every poster presenter will be kindly requested to set up their poster from 10:00 to 13:00 for their corresponding poster session.
Display panels and poster pushpins will be provided by the venue.

The authors should be present at their posters during the session.
The poster should be dismounted after poster session no later than 17:00 on August 11th.
If the poster will not have been dismounted, the organizer will remove and dispose of all posters have left.
